Developed and tested over a long period, the IM-300PL is a superbly engineered double-mitre saw. Bespoke and Volume framers will find it offers high quality cuts, fast operation and minimal waste, as well as great value.

• Each blade and spindle is mounted on a lightweight cast and machined arm, counterbalanced by the motor. The pivot point is located to allow the widest possible cut from the 300mm diameter blades. The arm is mounted on bearings for a smoother cut and less wear. Blades travel through a slight arc to enter the back edge of the moulding, which minimises chipping.

• Electronic blades braking system for extra safety.

• Swing arm movement delivers faster cycling speeds from smaller air cylinders due to the low weight of the arms. Massive box section steel chassis absorbs vibration.

• Cuts mouldings up to 142mm wide, max height 25mm and up to 80mm tall, max width 60mm. See diagram and check with us if you have a special requirement.

• Individual air cylinders allow blades to be operated independently via twin foot pedal to minimise centre off-cut wastage, or together for faster cycle times. Blade operating area is illuminated. Blade descent speed can be adjusted to optimise the cut quality on wider or more delicate mouldings.

• Supplied with the unique Inmes low-noise, low-vibration 300mm blades for wood mouldings. Blades for polymer mouldings also available.

• Innovative, strong and adjustable pneumatic moulding clamp system.

• 1.5hp induction 3 phase WEG motors. The large blade retaining flanges are 74mm dia to help minimise vibration. 90dB peak operating noise.

• 1900mm calibrated right-hand and left-hand moulding support arms with two sliding moulding flip stops for cutting longs and shorts

• Retractable pneumatic ‘short’ stop is fitted as standard for faster cutting of frames.

• Fitted with side exit chip chute. Kit for attaching to your dust extraction system included.

• Table height 900mm, base 1235mm x 670mm, 225kg.

• Requires compressed air and 3ph electrical connection. Fitted with filter-lubricator-regulator

• Tested and approved to current CE standards.
