9569 Brushed Nylon PASTEL GREY Self Adhesive 1370mm x 1m

Loop pile Pastel Grey brushed nylon cloth with grey foam backing and self-adhesive. It is used to cover panels and walls.

1370mm / 54" wide. On 50m rolls. Class 1 fire rating. Put VELCRO® brand Hook or Hook & Loop Hook on items you wish to display.

We will cut to any metre length, with a minimum order of 5m. Lengths cut to order cannot be returned for credit. Colours may vary - ask for a small colour swatch.

Prepare the panel surface well. Best to seal it with 50/50 water / Mekol PVA, 9101. Let dry overnight and sand smooth, then remove dust. Fold back one edge of the release paper and position on one edge. Gradually pull back the release paper, smoothing the cloth down.  When complete, go over again with a roller or firm hand to secure the bond. Pull the cloth around the edges of the panel and staple. Leave overnight to achieve maximum bond strength. 

The standard cloth, 1169, is bonded with PVA glue

Working with self-adhesive materials in cold weather?

When the temperature drops remember to let self-adhesive tapes, PVA glues, boards and mounting films come up to room temperature before using them. Keep them that way for a few hours after application while the adhesives cure.
