AP92-58L 3mm Aluminium AP92 Matt Black Moulding Length for Tray Frames
• Tray profile for framing 1-2mm thick panels such as ChromaLuxe™
• Two methods for fixing panels:
- Permanent: Use 12mm Heavy Duty HD Bonding Tape
- Interchangeable: Use 2 Part Magnetic Tape
• Use the Hardware Kit to join the mitred corners together
• Great for commercial interiors
Supplied in 3m lengths, order per metre and we will round up to the next whole length.
Cutting Aluminium Moulding
Aluminium can only be cut safely on a double mitre saw, fitted with special blades. For volume production a lubrication system is also required. Therefore most framers find it easiest to order on our Chop Service.
Lion Aluminium Moulding Chop Service
Aluminium mouldings are usually ordered as 'Chop' for the Lion team to expertly mitre cut the mouldings to your bespoke size and send them to you, ready to join. You pay a small fee for this service, but you have the moulding supplied ready cut, with no waste to allow for and no need to buy machinery.
