9930 SuperStick Dry Mounting Tissue 622mm x 50m roll

Unlike many other types dry mounting tissue, SuperStick NTMT utilises an environmentally friendly coating system

The thermoplastic coating on both sides of the porous paper creates a bond between the item being mounted and the backing board of which the strength increases as it cools. This does mean that the workpiece should be kept flat until cold to minimise risk of lifting. Placing a weight on top is helpful. The only thing regular users of DMT will notice is that it feels a bit differen t between your fingers and the lower cost.

All of the components of SuperStick New Technology Mounting Tissue, including adhesive and porous base tissue, are acid-free and meet both the PAT and the ASTM tests. The adhesives also meet the Library of Congress Standards for the Storage of Artefacts.

SuperStick NTMT is an excellent alternative to ColorMount DMT (no longer available) and is ideal for mounting fine art prints, standard papers, RC photos, watercolour papers, fabrics, inkjet paper, coated and uncoated, litho papers and many others. Bonds to standard mountboard, cotton rag board, foam board, gator board and more.
