7349C Backing Board Brown Kraft Faces 2.2mm 1220 x 915mm 16 Sheets FSC Mix 70%

Looks and works very much like MDF. It is an excellent alternative that cuts easily with knife, mountcutter, guillotine or a wall cutter. No formaldehyde and little dust

Solid, rigid and strong board made from two laminated plies of grey pulp board, with brown kraft liner on both faces. This backing board has 80% of lignin removed and is non-buffered, with a pH of 6.8 - 7.4 and moisture content of app 8.5%. 1500gsm app. 2.2mm thick. FSC Mix 70%

Fine for lower and medium value art. For higher value art, place a sheet of Conservation quality barrier board between it and the art.
