Designed to work on smooth, very clean, glazed china surface. plates It may not work well on coarse surfaces. To remove from a plate, soak it in water until the hanger can be peeled off. Wire plate hangers are the traditional with a wire and spring and a thick white plastic coating to protect the ceramic plate. Best for circular plates. Can be used on some oval plates but take great care and test before hanging.

Once the plate is fully clean and dry, wet the disc hanger thoroughly in a saucer of clean water and rub lightly with a finger to activate the adhesive. Apply to the plate and let dry overnight. Check that the bond is secure before hanging the plate on a suitable hook or screw on the wall.
