Self adhesive mounting board that has been tried and tested over many years

It offers good value for general use in framing workshops and graphic studios. The board has cream release paper on the adhesive face and white backing paper on the other. The acrylic adhesive is permanent.

This is a contract grade self-adhesive board, designed for use with smaller prints up to around A2 size. Users may find the board has slight natural curvature as a result of the combination of coating adhesive on one face and the moisture content of its grey-board core.

With self-adhesive boards, always peel up and fold back a 10mm strip of release paper along one edge and align the item to be mounted. Then peel back more and press down as you go. You might regret pulling off the whole release paper in one go! 

Best to use a brayer roller or a roller laminator to help ensure the paper is bonded firmly to the adhesive surface.

This board is 1.5mm thick, sheet size 1200 x 815mm.

Working with self-adhesive materials in cold weather? When the temperature drops remember to let self-adhesive tapes, PVA glues, boards and mounting films come up to room temperature before using them. Keep them that way for a few hours after application while the adhesive cures.
