The Alfa SE100 Manual Press lets you quickly make up MDF backs with press-fix bendable steel struts for photo frames. It comes complete and ready to fix the steel struts

The patented bendable steel strut press-fixes to an MDF or fibre backing board. The steel strut is laid sharp side up onto the locating spring pins. The backing board is laid into the adjustable V guide. One pull on the lever and the strut is pressed and locked firmly to the board.

Struts stay flat on the board until required for use. User simply bends it up and adjusts until the frame stands at the desired angle. The design of the bendable strut means it stays where it is when bent. It is designed so that it can normally be bent and re-bent up to 30 times.

Struts can be used as they are. Or, moulded tips in black, red and grey are an option to help protect surfaces. These clip together through the hole in the strut.

The press-fix steel struts can also be fixed to backing board using the Alfamacchine SH200 Manual press 9554 fitted with the Locator Disc 9561.
