Brushed nylon cloth with loop pile used to cover panels and walls to create displays for exhibitions and show rooms

Normal brushed nylon material has a grey foam back. To stick down firmly, prepare panel by applying a sealing coat of PVA adhesive such as Mekol Special or Ekspress PVA, 50/50 with water. When dry sand the panel and de-dust. Then, using the same glue, apply a thin layer with a foam roller.

Carefully lift and float the cloth onto the panel. Smooth down gently. Don’t press too hard as the glue may come through. Leave to dry overnight.

1370mm / 54" wide. Class 1 fire rating. Apply VELCRO® brand or Hook & Loop hook to items being displayed.

The alternative self-adhesive material can be easier to use. We advise that the panel surface also be prepared by sealing and de-dusting.
