Seal open pores of timber before applying lacquers, waxes or polishes

A water based alternative to cellulose or shellac. Chestnut Acrylic Sanding Sealer achieves very similar results to cellulose or shellac but, being water based, is low odour and carries no fire risk. It can be applied by brush, cloth, spray gun or a foam brush. Once dry, lightly sand for a smooth surface.
