2863 Fletcher Mat Mate Oval / Circle Mount Cutter

Oval base is positioned onto cross marks drawn on the mountboard and is held in position with little pins in the base.

Easy swap over from cutting circles to cutting ovals with a maximum oval differential of 75mm / 3". Always use a second sheet of scrap board under the Mat Mate.

The FT M-1100 blade is guided by a tracking guide wheel and is raised and lowered into the cut with a finger lever. Start/stop cutting marks on the surface are minimised by the tracking wheel.

Mat Mate works with mountboard up to 2mm thick. It cuts:

Ovals:    114mm / 4½" up to 610mm / 23" dia.

Circles:  114mm / 4½" up to 534mm / 20" dia.

Comes with 5 M-1100 blades. Blade: 45mm x 9.5mm, 0.65 thick. Hole 3.8mm dia.
