Domed top part fits through the hole in the tab on a D-ring. Tubular base part pushes up through a 4mm hole drilled or punched in the backing board. In use push through the two parts to be joined, and spread legs with a screwdriver. It is then inverted onto a hard surface, and flattened with a hammer.
