Gummed Frame Sealing Tape
Brown gum paper tape is still preferred by many framers for sealing the backs of pictures. Be sure to wet it thoroughly with a sponge or through a dispenser, otherwise it will tend to bubble away from the frame. Often more durable in warm conditions. The adhesive is made from either maize or potato starch, making this tape a sustainable choice.
