Opened with levers or two suitable coins and clamp over the picture / glass / backing board sandwich.

Always smooth the sharp edges of the glass - a Telum pad is ideal. You can also use styrene or acrylic glazing.

Hang the picture with a cord through the clips. Or insert a 'ring and clip' through a hole in the backing board. All silver finish.
