Choose four hole hardware if the frame has at least one side over 1000mm.

The four screw Heavy Duty Aluminium Corners for aluminium profiles have longer ‘fingers’ than the Standard two screw corners. This makes the corner joins stronger, sturdier and less likely to twist or fail.

The larger size gives increased strength and also makes it easier to align the mouldings and get a tight front join. The screws locate into indents in the bottom plates for extra security.

- Robust corner plates to join larger side-loader aluminium frames

- Top and bottom plates are 51mm long, 13mm wide. Zinc plated

- The four 6mm slotted screws each locate into indents in the bottom plate, for extra strength. Take care to select a screwdriver that correctly matches the screws.

Heavy duty Corners fit all LION aluminium profiles and most other similar side-loader profiles.
