At LION we pride ourselves on offering unrivalled technical framing expertise and service. We supply, install and service equipment from the world’s finest framing equipment manufacturers, including Alfamacchine, Morso-Danlist, Keencut, Fletcher-Terry, Inglet, Hoffman, Bambi, and Hyundai.  

Our Technical Services Manager, Will Sleigh and his assistant, Matt Cooper are both experienced framers who understand the importance of choosing the best equipment for your workshop. Whether you’re setting up a new business or looking to improve the quality or efficiency of your framing, Will and Matt always take time to understand your needs and guide you through the decision-making process.  

At your workshop

They offer an installation service in many parts of the UK to help you get started with your new equipment, as well as routine servicing and calibration to keep your equipment in perfect working order. If you experience a breakdown they will do everything they can to minimise any downtime; they can often diagnose a problem by phone or using videos / video calls. If you need a spare part this can often be supplied from our extensive stock, or otherwise sourced from the manufacturer.  

Service visits cost £280 for a half day and £520 for a full day, including travel.

You can also send equipment to us for servicing and repair. This service costs £50 an hour; we aim to give you an estimate of the time and spare parts required within one working day of receipt, as well as the cost of return delivery.
